I'm a GM guy and I wouldn't exactly say the 5.3 and 6.0 are then best motors ever made. I wouldn't even list them in to top 50.

The one kid was like "I agrew with everything Blevs91 (me) said!" Right after spewing some stupid ass bullshit. I had to distance myself from that, especially since he looks 12.
And some of these Dart owners make me not even want to post pics of my car so as not to be associated with them.

Bud, as I usually do. Bars around here don't carry MGD which would be my first choice. I also had a Blue Moon whoch I wouldn't have bought had I realized it was $6...the pitcher of Bud I got after that was $7...

I told him to google Castech heads. Saying the 5.3 and 60 are the best engines ever is a stretch to say the least. Why u no include LSx??

Lol yeah, bars are expensive. Hence why I'm mixing drinks at home, plus you can't whip an MX-5 around the track while drinking at a bar. haha Oh, and I have work tomorrow too, so that's also a good reason to not go to a bar tonight.

I'm still waiting for the Castech heads on my dad's truck to crap out. His is right in the middle of the affect years. Woohoo.
Now the LSx, that's in the top 3. God, such a great motor that powered some great cars.

Well it was a restaurant bar, but still. I have work tomorrow too, but that's where that single guy part comes in. Not enough care to not drink on a Thursday.

Yeah, drowning your feelings with booze is always a good choice no matter the time of the week.
Why the crutches? I presume not the same sort of crutches as mine, ie alcohol and drugs.

As for the Rona, my friends all refer to it as Mexican piss water. I'm at a point in my life where if it gets me fucked up I don't really care what it is.

Indeed, and I'll still be going in 30mins early for some overtime. I wasn't much of a drinker until the past 3 lonely weeks. It is what it is though.
As for driving, I do awful in any video game when I'm drunk. I've done nasty in Call of Duty on other vices though. Never tried Fourza on that though.

Lol no, medical crutches. Slipped on ice and broke my femur. I know, I know.. I need to come up with a better story. haha Lived in AZ for 25 years and did alright, moved to IL and broke my femur just over 2 months. lol

Could be worse. A few weeks back I was breaking up a pallet with a sledgehammer like a fucking moron when one of the pieces of wood swung up and hit me in the mouth and cause 4 or 5 stitches. Or my friend who got into a pointless scuffle with another friend at the bar 3 weeks ago and wound up with his jaw wired shut.
At least it wasn't your face!

True, my face is still lookin' good... or goofy... whatever. haha. Although it did require surgery, the installation of an 11 1/2" place in my leg, lots of stitches, a total of 10-12 weeks on crutches, and an total recovery period of even longer lol.

Good luck to you as well. Pretty sure mine is gone. We still love each other but I've broken her trust too many times and even if we got back together it wouldn't feel right and she would never trust me. Plus I don't trust myself not to hurt her again and she deserves better than that. I'm getting ok with it though, meeting her after my first ever break up taught me that the next is always better. You learn a bit each time about yourself and women and it helps you in the long run. After my first, I beat myself up for about a year and kept trying to patch it up out of selfishness. It wouldn't have been right for either of us but it's what I thought I wanted so I kept pushing for it to no avail. This time I know she deserves better than me, we'll both get over it eventually and hopefully she'll be better off. As will I, but I'm not looking for a relationship for a looooooong time.
Its the loneliness of it that sucks now. We spent every minute together so it's a pretty drastic change. Hence why alcohol is my new friend. It just keeps my mind off it.

I'm keeping it within some reason. I've been depressed to the point of not caring about living and it's far from enjoyable. I'm far better this time around, but I've neglected my friends for a few years while I was with here so we've been drinking. I never got to put being of legal drinking age to good use so I'm making up for lost time.
My first breakup was after my first semester at college. We'd dated since my senior year of HS, her freshman year. She was going into her Junior year, I was working after failing out of community college. We were in different places in terma of maturity and how we wanted to spend our time and whatnot so it was really just a matter of time before it ended anyway. But qhen we did break up it was also my fault, thinking with the wrong head, ya know? So I beat myself up over it since I was to blame, but I let that go on far too long after we were broken up. She had moved on but I hadn't. It worked out in the long run since I met my recent ex and we had 3 great years together and I learned alot about myself and shit. It's hard though, you'll get through it. It's cliche, but there really are plenty of fish in the sea. That's something I didn't want to hear at the time of that first breakup but I wish I had accepted that. Relationships fail, it happens to alot of people. It's a part of life that you have to live with. Keep your head up, it'll get better.

Yeah I heard about that, it had to do with tighter emissions regs. But doesn't Cat make a MD truck for on highway use now? Or is that just an International or something like that dressed up with Cat logos?

Long story short, CAT decided it was going to be too expensive to develop an engine to meet the upcoming 2010 on-highway emissions requirements.
I believe the truck you are talking about is this: http://www.drivecat.com/

oh I think we probably were, this just cemented it.
I'm a huge Billy Joel fan, first CD I ever bought. It annoys the HELL out of my wife haha. Being 27, there aren't many in my age group that get excited about Billy Joel. I've been harassing her lately but intentionally borrowing her Jeep which has XM because they've been doing a "Billy Joel Channel" (channel 4 if you have XM btw) that is ALL BILLY JOEL ALL THE TIME! She gets back in the Jeep and goes "DAMMIT!" and quickly changes the channel.
Wherever we go, Billy Joel comes on...at the grocery store? Billy Joel. At the mall? Billy Joel. At obscure random location that shouldn't be playing Billy Joel? BILLY JOEL.
It's awesome.
I'm originally from North NJ (Morristown) and now live in Michigan. Region may have effected me some.

Yeah that's it the CT 660. That new 681 looks almost exactly like a Mack. So I'm guessing Cat has these things made by Volvo.

I've been listening to that nonstop lately. They had the Town Hall interview with him and Howard Stern the other night, it was epic. I'm 23 so I feel your pain, it's hard to find people my age that are into his music. I'm dying to go to one of the MSG concerts but I'd end up going by myself.
